If you go to a Free Library of Philadelphia location, you can access JSTOR. Probably even from your own laptop (but check that with them). That’s probably not helpful right now, but nonetheless!

I don't know if this helps, but you also might be able to get alumni access to JSTOR through your undergrad institution. My small liberal arts college offered that benefit.
