Introducing...Gay Little Problem!

Hello dear friends, as well as any enemies who may be keeping tabs! I’m super excited to announce that I am adding a new feature to this newsletter. It’s called Gay Little Problem, and it’s an audio advice column wherein I discuss and dissect your gay little problems with a friend and hopefully give you some helpful advice! :)

Some facts about me: I am a big sister. I am bossy, as well as nosy. I love reading advice columns. For these reasons, I have always wanted to write an advice column, and thought that I’d be good at it. When thinking about what I wanted to do with a potential advice column in this space, I realized that this could be a great opportunity to collaborate with my friends on something we already do well together (gossip). Each month, I’ll bring in a trusted confidant hand-picked to discuss whatever is vexing you. You can listen in as you walk your foster pit bull, drive across the country for a second date, strain your tincture, or crochet a thong for your metamour, and I hope you will feel like you’ve pulled up a chair in my kitchen to join in on an emergency gossip session about a mutual friend.

I invite you to send me questions both within the regular advice column wheelhouse (relationship drama, friend drama, work drama) and beyond it. Between myself and my close friends, this series can and will feature expertise in areas like DIY home renovation, mutual aid work (and mutual aid group drama), urban farming, polyamory (and poly drama), nursing, raving, starting a band (and band drama), organization building, adult intramural sports, art (and art world drama), nightlife production, teen psychology (and teen drama), small business ownership, teaching, service industry bullshit, fiber crafts, poetry, grad school (and grad school drama), and much more….
