Hello! I am working on an essay about Lex (possibly in multiple parts?), and I would really love to hear some thoughts from you all, my beautiful genius readers, about the app! Have you had positive experiences using Lex, and if so, do you think they were fostered by any specific aspects of Lex that make it different from other dating apps? Have you had negative experiences/interactions there? Weird/funny interactions? If you’ve been a longtime user (or lurker), how have you seen the app change over time? If you’ve been following along since the Instagram Personals days (what’s up) how has the app aligned/not aligned with your hopes or expectations for it? Are there any weird or funny or troubling or sweet trends you’ve noticed? I’m especially interested in local trends!
